This photo, taken looking down one of the "streets" at the campsite at Battle
Road, April 2000, shows how one row of tents are lined up side by side with another row
facing them on the opposite side of the street. Each row is back-to-back with
a row of tents facing outward onto the next street. This is us, by the way,
after one of the battles. If you visit my Battle Road
coverage, you will read that we were there as Yankees for the one and only time
("Doodles" as we call them on the British side).
