Rogers' Rangers to the Rescue Ti '01

When Gorhams and James Rogers' Coy. of Rangers took enemy fire en mass, half of our Rangers ran to recover the bodies and bring back any wounded, while the others covered them by keeping up steady fire on the French.

Beyond us is beautiful Lake Champlain, looking south.
