This is Bill Filkins at Fort 4, Feb. 2001. He was in a Ranger unit in Oregon (!) before moving to upstate NY in June '00. He showed up at Fort Ti the previous summer a couple weeks after moving to upstate New York and wanted to play with us, and just happened upon our Major. He has been a great addition and a neat friend to have. He's good with making STUFF, such as wrought iron s-hooks and trammel hooks, and leather stuff, and all sorts of other useful 18C stuff!

By the way, notice the showshoes in the corner, in preparation for the day's battle.
